Terms of use
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the AllVideoDownloader browser extension and its paid plans, published by PyAudit Systems LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). Installing or using the extension means you accept these terms.
Contact: contact@extnest.com.
2. What the extension does
AllVideoDownloader finds the video and audio files played by the pages you visit, and saves them to your computer. Media travels straight from the site to your computer, never through our servers.
Not supported: content protected by digital rights management (DRM), which the extension never circumvents, and YouTube, excluded in line with the Chrome Web Store rules.
3. Your responsibility
You agree to save only content you are allowed to save: your own content, content that is free of rights or under a licence that allows it, or under an exception provided by law, such as private copying where it applies. You remain solely responsible for what you do with the saved files and for the terms of the sites you visit.
You may not work around the technical limits of the service (free quota, number of devices), share or resell a licence key, or use the service abusively or through large-scale automation.
4. Free plan
The free plan allows 3 downloads every 2 hours. We may change this limit; it is always shown in the extension.
5. Paid plans
| Plan | Price | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $3 per month | Renewed automatically every month |
| Yearly | $27 per year | Renewed automatically every year |
| Lifetime | $49 once | For as long as the service is operated (see § 6) |
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, including VAT for European customers, are calculated at payment. Payment is handled by Stripe: we never see your card details.
A licence is personal and works on 2 devices at a time. You can free a slot from the extension's "Account" page.
Subscriptions are managed (card, invoices, cancellation, switching monthly ↔ yearly) on Stripe's secure page, reachable from the extension. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Moving to the lifetime plan stops the subscription.
6. What "lifetime" means
The lifetime plan is a one-off payment, with no renewal and no subscription: it lasts for as long as the AllVideoDownloader service is operated, with no duration fixed in advance. Should we ever stop the service, we will tell lifetime licence holders at least 3 months beforehand by e-mail.
7. Refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days, no reason needed, by writing to contact@extnest.com. A refunded licence is deactivated.
For consumers in the European Union: the licence is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By buying, you request that immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the licence is delivered; the 14-day refund guarantee above is granted to you contractually and still applies.
A payment dispute with your bank (chargeback) deactivates the licence concerned.
8. Availability
The extension needs our licence server to authorise downloads. We do our best to keep it available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. Sites change: a site may stop being supported, temporarily or for good.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages nor for what you do with the saved content, and our total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid us over the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or deactivate a licence if these terms are broken, in particular by sharing or reselling a key and by working around the limits, after telling you unless the matter is urgent.
11. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The update date is shown at the top of this page, and significant changes will be pointed out to you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Sheridan County have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence: you keep your rights and the option of going to the courts where you live. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
